I'm Clare, a dedicated holistic practitioner on a mission to support women in their journey towards holistic well-being and self-discovery.
Five years ago, I made a profound career shift.
After two decades of running an opticians and facing stress, anxiety, and the challenges of menopause, I knew I needed a change.
Dissatisfied with the options offered by conventional medicine, I turned to holistic therapies.
My first experience with reiki was transformative. Not only did it provide deep relaxation, but it also rejuvenated my entire being.
I slept better, gained mental clarity, and felt renewed vitality, to the point I realised I NEEDED to break free from my old life and career.
This experience ignited a passion within me to explore holistic healing further.
I explored reflexology and could not believe how it helped balance out my hormones and emotions.
Driven by a desire to help other women facing similar challenges, I embarked on a journey of learning and growth.
I became certified in Aromatherapy, Crystal Therapy, Reiki, and Reflexology. Through these modalities, I found a profound sense of purpose in supporting others on their healing journeys.
I am deeply committed to sharing the transformation I experienced with every woman I encounter.
Putting myself first with holistic therapies and embracing a new career path has brought unparalleled fulfilment and joy into my life.
