How to Rediscover Your True Self

Sometimes, life can look perfect on the outside. You may have a job, a home, the holidays, and a loving circle of friends. Yet, despite this, there’s a nagging feeling deep within that something isn’t right. You can’t quite put your finger on it, but it feels like you’re floating through each day, disconnected and lost.

This feeling often surfaces during major life transitions, big birthdays, the loss of a loved one, children leaving home, or taking on new roles, such as caring for parents or grandchildren. These moments can shake our sense of identity and leave us wondering, “Who am I?”

The good news is that this feeling of being lost can be a gateway to finding your true self. Through Self-Care, Self-Discovery, and Spiritual Practices, you can reconnect with your authentic essence.

Having walked this path myself, and still navigating it, I’m sharing 12 tips to rediscover your true self that have helped me and many of my clients on the journey back to wholeness.

Clare Hodkinson

At the age of 40, I experienced a deep feeling of being lost that shifted the course of my life. It was a scary but courageous decision to leave an 18-year career behind and step into the world of holistic well-being.

Through this journey, I discovered the power of a holistic approach, reconnecting with my true self and finding meaning and joy in life.

Now, I’m honored to share this transformation with others, guiding beautiful souls back to their authentic selves.

Through my training in Clinical Reflexology, Reiki (which has been a personal practice of mine for over eight years), Aromatherapy, Meditation, Hatha Yoga 500 hours, Crystal Therapy, Sound, and the Lived Wisdom I’ve gathered from my own experiences, I support others in creating balance and harmony within their lives.

If you're ready to reconnect with your true self and live your life to the fullest, I’d be delighted to guide you on your journey back to your True Self.

Let’s walk this path together.
