I believe that true Wellness starts with taking some time out, just for you.

My priority is helping you to take a proactive holistic and natural approach to your health and well-being, enabling you to live a more balanced life using Aromatherapy, Crystal Therapy, Reflexology and Reiki.

Whether that be a deeply relaxing treatment with me, or taking a candle lit bath, reading your favourite book or getting out in nature, making that time for YOU is so important and something we tend to overlook.

My aim is to give you that relaxing time and looking after YOU as a whole.

THE IMPORTANCE OF REGULAR TREATMENTS

Clients will sometimes ask, if they are not unwell why would having holistic treatment be beneficial to them? The simple answer is prevention is better than cure!

Modern life can really take its toll on our health.

Do any of these describe to you?

  • Your work is demanding, stressful or has long hours (or any combination)

  • You have a sedentary job, sitting there for hours looking at the computer screen

  • You care for family members, whether children, elderly or sick relatives

  • You often feel tired or overwhelmed

All the statements listed above are factors that can deplete your system and take a toll on your health. If you recognise one or more of the above as true for you, then having regular holistic treatments could help you prevent health problems from developing.

When we ask a lot of ourselves, we need to make sure we have the resources to keep on delivering.  You may have things in place to look after your health such as exercise, taking vitamins or eating a balanced diet with your 5-a-day. Making the time for regular holistic treatments can help keep you in good health to get on with what you love.
